Minimum Tour Participants
Profe Nat Quest Tours reserves the right to cancel if an insufficient number of tour participants have booked and paid in full. The minimum number of participants required is 4 (four) to conduct a guided tour.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with 48 hours or more before the tour time will be refunded 100%. Cancellations within 48 and 24 hours before the reservation date are subject to a 50% per reservation non-refundable fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours before the reservation date or for no shows will be subject to a 100% nonrefundable fee. All cancellations must be received in written. Profe Nat Wuest Tours reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service.
Changes to Your Reservation
You can make changes to your reservation at no charge with 48 hours or more before the tour date. Reducing the number of participants in your reservation with less than 48 hours to the time of the tour will have a 50% charge of the total cost of the tour per participant dropped. Cancellation Fees will be charged to your Credit Card. Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

The agreement between Profe Nat Tours and the buyer do not include coverage for injury, personal property, or damage as the result (but not limited) of negligence or recklessness.

Reservations are required. Limited availability for walk ins.
Guests should be in good health, with full reflexes and able to walk, hike, stand for the duration of the tour.
Guests should wear flat shoes. Closed toes recommended.
All guests must sign a disclaimer prior to any of our tours starts.

All tours run in Local Atlantic Standard Time. Important for cruise passengers.
